Hudson Shop Manager
We're looking for a Shop Manager to run our Hudson boutique at 345 Warren St. You'll own the day-to-day of the shop: driving sales, leading and scheduling shop staff, managing inventory and receiving, keeping the floor merchandised and photo-ready, and building relationships with our regulars and visitors. You'll work closely with our Catskill team on product, events, and our house line.
What we're looking for:
Retail management or senior sales experience, ideally in boutique, fashion, or lifestyle retail
A track record of hitting sales goals and a genuine love of selling
Comfortable with POS and inventory systems (we use Shopify)
Strong eye for merchandising and visual display
Reliable, organized, and able to open and close the shop independently
Available to work at least one weekend day (Sunday to start)
Team oriented, kind, and patient
Location: Hudson, NY
Hours: 4 - 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day (Sunday to start)
Compensation & Benefits: $20/hr during a 30-day training period. After training, hourly pay is adjusted based on sales performance, with Shop Managers expected to earn $25/hr or more depending on competency. 20% off clothing and accessories.

Intermediate - Advanced Stitcher and/or Alterations Staff
As an intermediate to advanced stitcher, you would be joining our production team, working on cut-and-sew woven projects, ranging from napkins to apparel.
Job Requirements:

Required: Hands-on experience operating industrial sewing machines (e.g., single-needle lockstitch, overlock/serger). If you only have home sewing experience, we currently have apprenticeship and internship opportunities only.

At least 3-5 years experience in apparel and/or soft goods construction

Have a willingness to learn new techniques and have a mindset to work towards fast production goals

Sample making experience is a plus
