Flavor

To get a crunchier, thicker, addictively tasty potato chip, they had to do a few things differently. First off, they are lucky to have great soil here in the North Fork of Long Island, which means the potatoes have a field-fresh sweetness to them. They always cut them twice as thick for a more hearty potato flavor. Then they “kettle cook” the potatoes which makes them extra crunchy. Finally, they only cook with real sunflower oil and salt. And nothing else.

Plain

  • Our original plain chips are All-natural Kettle Cooked in healthy sunflower oil for a golden crispy, extra crunchy, and naturally hearty potato flavor. Lightly salted and (of course) no preservatives, trans-fats, or cholesterol.

Salt & Vinegar

  • The ever-popular blend of tangy pure vinegar and raw all-natural salt complement each other perfectly and give your taste buds a real punch.

Sour Cream & Onion

  • A traditional rich-tasting, sweet-sour cream swirled with not too much onion and bits of parsley.

Barbecue 

  • North Fork® of Long Island found a way to pack Texas Style barbeque flavor into a healthy potato chips. Made with such ingredients as garlic, onion, paprika, vinegar and tomato, these chips are kettle cooked with sunflower oil and then lightly salted.
