A bias turner is used for trusting narrow tubes of fabric through to the right side. When most work is originally sewn it’s sewn inside out, so this tool is the best way to flip skinny tubes right side out. The latch hook on the end catches the fabric and all you have to do is gently pull the fabric so your tube is now on the correct side.
