London Botanical Spirit

• While they can’t technically call it ‘non-alcoholic gin,‘ Ish’s award-winning London Botanical Spirit uses the same botanicals found in traditional gin and employs similar distillation methods, in addition to steam and extraction techniques, that allow for a taste that closely resembles gin, fooling most people when mixed and enjoyed in good company. They source sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe, coriander seeds mainly from Provence, peppercorn, bitter orange and a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat everyone loves. All come together to create the familiar experience without the alcohol. Enjoy it with tonic and lime or use it wherever gin is called for.
