Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Made X Hudson. We are a small, vertically integrated garment studio and retail boutique with locations in Catskill and Hudson, New York. We take care in packing and shipping every order, and we appreciate your support of our work.

This policy applies to all online orders placed at madexhudson.com. For in-store purchases, see our in-store staff for details.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and any studio closures announced on our website and social channels.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods, seasonal launches, or following a new collection release, processing times may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a delay.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after processing. Available at additional cost.

Overnight / Express Shipping

Available upon request for select items. Please contact us at hello@madexhudson.com before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Made X Hudson is not responsible for carrier delays.


3. Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders over $200 (after any discounts are applied). This threshold may change during promotional periods; check the site banner for current offers.


4. Local Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? We offer free local pickup at both of our locations:

  • Catskill Atelier + Shop — 391 Main Street, Catskill, NY 12414
  • Hudson Shop — 345 Warren Street, Hudson, NY 12534

After placing your order, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready, typically within 1–2 business days. Please wait for that confirmation before coming in.


5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

Made X Hudson is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com).

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@madexhudson.com.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@madexhudson.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address.
  • Allow 2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a trace.
  • If the issue is not resolved, email us at hello@madexhudson.com and we will assist in filing a claim.

Made X Hudson is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.


8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@madexhudson.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
