Handcrafted in a vintage blue and white ribbon fabric from our Regina Collection with a unique flat twist handle on the back, it will dress up anything you pair it with. Carry it in hand or tuck it under your arm like a classic clutch, or slip your hand into the twist for a more secure hold and dazzling look. (Matching Wide-Leg Pants also available.)
