The Ishani Jacket is fully reversible with large roomy pockets on both sides. It’s left open with a button-free collar stand, for maximum versatility. The garment also features a mandarin collar, and cotton bias finishing on one side to highlight the shape and graphic lines of the seams.
About the textiles used: This one-of-a-kind piece is made from vintage Nakshi Kantha quilts. Nakshi Kantha are made from recycled textiles held together with a dense and colorful decorative and utilitarian running stitch. So the jacket is the fabric’s third life.
