To use a rotary cutter hold firmly and press wheel down on cloth or other material to be cut. This disengages spring safety flange from the cutting wheel. Maintaining pressure roll wheel evenly forward or backward to cut.
Relieving the pressure automatically re-engages the spring safety flange
Adjust toward the “hard” setting for thick and heavy materials, and “soft” for thin cloth or light materials.
